If you would like to search for your serial number, to check what version of PFhoe you have, Purchase an upgrade or to view your order history, you will need a user account. If you do not have a user account, you will need to register one using the email address used to purchase PFhoe.

Support Model

PFhoe is a low cost product that places the technology of more expensive match moving applications into the hands of individuals and companies that cannot afford the time or financial resources to invest in higher end applications. Because of the low price point, PFhoe and PFhoe Pro are not supported by traditional e-mail and telephone support, the products are supported by a user forum only. This does not mean that we do not listen to feedback, or fix bugs. Infact, PFhoe is actually a test bed for new user interface design and technologies for our more expensive products.

As PFhoe and PFhoe Pro are only supported by the PFhoe Community, if you are experiencing user problems, please post your question on the Forum and benefit from the experience of your fellow users. Any posts that are made to the forum, no matter how trivial, also serve to benefit other PFhoe users. In addition, we actively encourage you to share your new found skills by showing other users your projects and tutorials by uploading videos. In return for your efforts, we will reward the most popular videos with goodies from The Pixel Farm.

While every effort is made to produce a product without bugs, they do occasionally slip past our development team. If you think you have found and identified a bug, it should be appropriately reported to the bugs list in the forum. Any bugs reported will be checked and if a fix is required, will be addressed appropriately.

Question: The in-application help is excellent, but I would like a more traditional manual. Is one available?
Answer: Yes, the user guide can be found in a folder called ‘Docs’ within the application installation directory. If you cannot find it, or would like to download it, it can be found here.
Question: Can I try PFhoe/PFhoePro before I buy?
Answer: Yes, you can download the actual application and use it as much as you like. The output is restricted - you will not be able to export your camera data. If you like the application, you can purchase the serial number to enable exports from the application.
Question: Does The Pixel Farm offer an Educational Program for PFhoe?
Answer: Sorry, we do not offer an educational version of PFhoe or PFhoe Pro. When we initially developed and decided on pricing for PFhoe we had students and educational establishments in mind. The product is ideal for use on effects courses.
Question: How can I purchase PFhoe or PFhoePro?
Answer: You can purchase either product online. Once your transaction has been completed you will be automatically emailed a serial number, allowing you to get up and running straight away. There is no physical shipment sent for PFhoe/PFhoePro purchases and all orders are completed electronically.
Question: Can I use PFhoe or PFhoePro without a serial number?
Answer: Yes, as mentioned above, PFhoe and PFhoePro will work without a serial number but will not allow you to export your camera data. When you purchase the software you will be emailed a serial number and you can enter this into the evaluation software you downloaded to activate the full version.
Question: Can I upgrade PFhoe to PFhoePro?
Answer: Yes. If after you have bought PFhoe you want to upgrade to PFhoePro you can upgrade via your user account.
Question: I have lost my PFhoe serial number, can you re-send this to me?
Answer: You can search for your serial number using our customer login area. From here, you will be able to see your account details.
Question: My PFhoe serial number has not been received, can you re-send this to me?
Answer:It's possible that an e-mail spam filter has quarantined the e-mail. Please check your junk mail folders. If you are consistently failing to receive the e-mail, try changing your e-mail address in our customer login area, and re-request the serial number.
Question: I only have a PFhoe 2.0 serial number. Will this work with PFhoe 2.1 or PFhoe 2.2?
Answer: Yes. PFhoe 2.0 (and PFhoe Pro 2.0) serial numbers are the same for PFhoe 2.1 and 2.2 (and PFhoe Pro 2.1 and 2.2) respectively.
Question: Why doesn't my serial number seem to work?
Answer: A PFhoe serial number will not work with PFhoePro, and a PFhoePro serial number will not work work PFhoe. Please ensure that you have downloaded the PFhoe or PFhoePro as appropriate for your purchase.
Question: I would like an invoice for my purchase. Where can I get one?
Answer: Invoices are downloadable for recent purchases from your user account page.
Question: I can’t see an e-mail or contact number for support, how do I get help using the application?
Answer: The PFhoe products are supported by other fellow users via the forum only, there is no direct support from The Pixel Farm. If you are uncomfortable with the PFhoe products being supported this way, then you should not purchase either PFhoe product.
Question: How can I help support other PFhoe users?
Answer: By actively participating in the online forums, by uploading videos and sharing information on how you used PFhoe to generate your master piece. If you actively participate, The Pixel Farm may reward you with goodies in recognition for your hard work.
Question: I'm interested in buying one of your PFhoe Products. Can I install it on more than one computer (as long as I'm only using one copy at a time)? I'd like to have it on a laptop for use on location but also on my desktop computer. Is that possible?
Answer: Yes, this is possible. You must only use the software for your own use; it is your personal license. However, we do not tolerate transfer of licenses to other users, who must buy their own licenses.
Question: What are the main differences between PFhoe and PFhoePro? How will I know which version suits my needs
