Hello Arnold, I am sorry that you are having difficulties purchasing PFHoe. We use WorldPay to process card payments, this is powered by the Royal Bank of Scotland. We do not see your card details or have any information about the payment, we simply have the payment approved or declined by WorldPay. I have never heard of a pin number being requested before? Can you send us a screen grab so that we can investigate this? I'm not sure why you are posting re. payments here?

Yep... and trying to buy it is a BIG pain too... Just filled in your stuff to end up with the question about your pincode for your credit card..? 1. mmmhmmm, that has been years ago, I don't even know that I had one ;-) 2. safe? well, I am not sure. At least you've got all my info now! Thanks! However, I really want the app :-) Hopefully you guys get back to me about this one tommorow. Mooohhh
